Afro-Time Foundation is a non-profit organization that exists to celebrate, promote, and share African and Caribbean culture in Grande Prairie through community events, music, food, and activities. We are committed to building cultural awareness, unity, and empowerment within our community.

Event Participation

General Attendance

• All attendees must comply with the rules and guidelines set forth for each event.

• Afro-Time Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from an event if they are found violating any rules, engaging in unlawful behavior, or disrupting the experience for others.

Vendor Registration

• Vendors must complete the registration form and submit the required payment to secure a space.

• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All vendors must comply with local business and health regulations, including necessary permits for food handling or merchandise.

• Payment is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Afro-Time Foundation.

Liability and Insurance

• Vendors and participants assume full responsibility for their equipment, products, and personal belongings.

• Afro-Time Foundation is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during an event.

• Vendors are encouraged to have their own liability insurance.

Code of Conduct

Afro-Time Foundation is committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind

• Violence or threats

• Theft or vandalism

• Consumption of illegal substances on event premises

Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the event and possible banning from future events.
